To participate in Gujarat NEET UG Counselling 2025, candidates must qualify for NEET 2025. A Gujarat domicile is essential for government quota seats. Preference is given to students who have completed both the 10th and 12th from Gujarat. However, students from other states can apply under NRI and Management quota seats.

1. Registration
Create an account on the official website portal – https://medadmgujarat.org
Now do OTP based verification through email and mobile number
Then, pay the Non-refundable registration fee of ₹200
Upload Required documents: like 10th-12th marksheet, Aadhaar, photo, NEET UG scorecard, domicile etc.

2. Document verification
Physical documents have to be submitted at the help centres or counselling office
Take a set of photocopies + original copies of all documents
After verification, you get an acknowledgement slip and a user ID

3. Merit list released
When the above two steps are complete, then the List of candidates based on state rank is released by the counselling authority.
Merit list comes for different courses (MBBS, BDS, BAMS etc.)
This rank is useful at the time of medical seat choice filling

4. Choice filling
Choose the candidate from the state. Make a list of all govt or private medical colleges in order of preference
